Dance-Acro

Dance-Acro Classes

In the competitive dance environment, Acro is used to combine and transition within choreography to create wonderful moments of flight and flexibility.  This class is much more than a tumbling class.  Acro begins with stretch and strength, incorporates balance and creative combinations.  We emphasize body awareness, balance and technique, and use teaching along with spotting to help students find their own strength and ability.
